The 12th edition of the “semaine du Golfe” will take place from 15 to 21 May 2023.
This international maritime festival gathers in the Gulf of Morbihan sailboats of all sizes divided into ten consistent fleets: yawls, sail and oars, small traditional yachts, classic yachts over 8 meters, yachts from the 60s and 70s, working yachts, classic yachts under 8 meters, classic motorboats and dragon boats / pink ladies.
After the opening parade on May 15, the fleets will sail in the Gulf of Morbihan on May 17, 18 and 19, following a program adapted to the characteristics of the various boats. Some fleets will sail in front of the Villa du Guern, offering a magical show to our guests, located in the front row.
The last edition gathered more than a thousand sailboats and five thousand sailors. The pre-registrations for the 2023 edition already count 700 sailboats, including emblematic old rigs: the Oosterschelde, the Morgenster, the Hydrograaf and the Marité.
