A major sailing event in France, the Belle-Île-en-Mer tour will bring together more than 500 sailboats on May 18, 2019. The starting line will be in Quiberon Bay; and the boats will return to their starting point after completing the Belle-Île-en-Mer tour.
This race, open to all sailboats over 6 metres in length, allows you to sail alongside the best sportsmen and women. The 2018 edition, sponsored by Samantha Davies, enabled fans to compete against such prestigious names as Thomas Coville, Yann Eliès and Loïck Peyron.
Only the pleasure of sailing and the friendliness of this sport count for the participants in this very beautiful race, where small sailboats and maxi trimarans meet.
Registrations can be made online to receive your home race pavilion and go directly to the start line. The Tour de Belle-Île space will open on May 17, 2019 at 10 a.m. in La Trinité sur Mer. The crew briefing will take place in the Espace Tour de Belle-île, and will be broadcast in real time on the race website and social networks for those who will not be able to attend.
